I love taking photos. Especially of children and families and events are always fun too. 

When you are asked to do something different and interesting – I always jump with joy!

I have worked with Darcey plenty of times. I always enjoy photographing her, hence when Darcey’s mum Michele approached me a few weeks back with a new project,       I got very excited. 

We went down to Camden Town one Sunday evening. Have you visited Camden town yet? If not – you must go! Camden town is famous for its markets, fashion and quirkiness. It is near by the Regent’s Canal. You can shop, eat, explore the culture. Most importantly you can use it as a background to a fabulous art – performance and photography in one.

Darcey used all her gymnastics expertise to pull out all sorts of poses and positions from splits to handstands, arches to upside down poses, jumps, scales & needles or cheststands on the bar. Just unbelievably clever and brilliant. Darcey’s fitness levels are fantastic. As a result, we ended up with some fabulous photos. 

We had so much fun. I couldn’t wait to edit the photos & I love every single one of them! Darcey is a member of Phoenix RG in North London – they offer gymnastics classes for children and encourage them to develop their potentional to the full.
